MADISON, MS (Mississippi News Now) -

The Madison Police Department is asking for the public’s help identifying two women wanted for felony shoplifting.

On October 28, two women shoplifted several items from the Ulta Beauty store on Grandview Blvd in Madison. The women are responsible for stealing $1,434.00 of men’s and women’s fragrances by stuffing them in their pants.

"They were wearing what appears to be scrubs or scrub tops and loose fitting pants where you can clearly see them on the video putting the items in their waistbands," said Investigator Chuck Harrison. "They probably pulled 20 or so items off the shelf I'm guessing."

The women set off a security alarm as they left and employees followed them outside, only to get a glimpse of them speeding away.

After leaving the store they drove away in a Silver Volkswagen with no tag.

"We're not sure if these two are part of a group that is going around targeting the store or these type of stores specifically," added Harrison. 

Anyone with information that leads to the positive identity and arrest of these individuals would be eligible for a reward of up to $2500.00.
