Police blotter: Bottle of perfume causes neighbor dispute - The Union of Grass Valley

8:03 a.m. — A caller from the 600 block of Freeman Lane reported seeing marijuana in an apartment window.

10:20 a.m. — A caller from the 800 block of East Main Street reported a man smoking drugs in the parking lot. He was delivered to the mental health department.

1:04 p.m. — A caller from the 200 block of Joerschke Drive reported kids climbing in and out of truck beds and throwing rocks. They were counseled.

1:30 p.m. — A woman from the 400 block of Mill Street reported a woman hit her.

1:42 p.m. — A caller from the 300 block of Sutton Way reported juveniles yelling and throwing trash. At 5:30 p.m., a caller reported juveniles throwing rocks. They could not be located.

3:02 p.m. — A woman from the 300 block of Sutton Way reported she dropped perfume on the patio below and the neighbor is refusing to return it. The other woman reported the perfume had bene thrown at the sliding glass door. It was an ongoing neighbor issue and they advised to stay separated.

3:39 p.m. — A caller from the 1900 block of Nevada City Highway reported a woman screaming and flashing people in the parking lot. She could not be located.

3:57 p.m. — A caller from the 2000 block of Nevada City Highway reported a dine and dash with the suspect being physically restrained. A man was arrested on suspicion of defrauding a business, as well as two warrants.

4:40 p.m. — A caller from the 800 block of Sutton Way reported a drunken man getting in and out of a vehicle. He also urinated all over the side of the vehicle. He was picked up by a friend.

6:18 p.m. — A caller from the 500 block of Whiting Street reported the theft of a blue RAV 4.

6:34 p.m. — A caller from the 100 block of Neal Street reported the theft of registration tabs from a vehicle.

6:57 p.m. — A caller from Bennett and Bank streets reported a physical fight, with the parties leaving before an officer arrived.

8:46 p.m. — A caller from a business on South Auburn and Whiting streets reported several people possibly breaking into change machines. No one was located.

9:44 p.m. — A caller from the 300 block of Northstar Place reported someone tried to enter a residence.

12:23 a.m. — A caller from Pleasant and Chapel streets reported a vehicle crashed into a fence.

1:21 a.m. — A caller from a business in the 2100 block of Nevada City Highway reported a man sleeping on the porch, who agreed to move on.

2:47 a.m. — A caller from the 800 block of West Main Street reported a vehicle hit a power pole; the occupants had left the scene.

11:39 a.m. — A caller from the 10000 block of Combie Road reported a woman trying to punch a man who was trying to grab her and walk her to a van. She could not be located.

11:52 a.m. — A caller from Pine Cone Circle and Brooks Road reported a treed down across the roadway.

12:30 p.m. — A caller from the 12000 block of Hogan Hill Road reported a burglary with the theft of $20,000 in construction equipment and a trailer.

1:43 p.m. — A man from Del Bonita Way reported a burglary to his shop with two bins of marijuana taken.

4:48 p.m. — A caller from the 14000 block of Edgewood Drive reported a woman came to the door, asked to use the bathroom and tried to force her way inside. She then hit the door with a shovel and then left with a man in a vehicle. A report was taken.

11:10 p.m. — A caller from the 11000 block of Brunswick Drive reported two men in a physical fight. Both were drunk and it was mutual combat. They agreed to separate for the evening.

3:09 a.m. — A caller from Highway 49 and La Barr Meadows Road reported a tree down.

4:01 p.m. — A man from Broad and York streets reported a man stole a wallet from a vehicle.

Thursday

1:58 a.m. — A possible fight was reported on Broad Street.

10:42 a.m. — A caller from the 100 block of Ridge Road reported a burglary to a church.

12:35 p.m. — A caller from Pioneer Park reported two men in a truck possibly casing houses.

8 p.m. — A caller from the 300 block of Gethsemane Street reported a man kicked in a door and a woman was screaming for help. Both parties were arrested on suspicion of battery.

3:46 p.m. — A caller from the 200 block of Willow Valley Road reported someone banging on the door and trying to get in.

11:36 p.m. — A caller from the 200 block of Commercial Street reported a woman screaming and getting into fights; she could not be located.

11:43 p.m. — A caller from the 200 block of Commercial Street reported a drunken man; he was arrested on suspicion of being drunk in public as well as outstanding warrants.

12:42 a.m. — A caller from the 200 block of Reward Street reported hearing a fight involving men. A vandalism report was taken.

3:18 a.m. — A caller from the 100 block of Boulder Street reported a man claiming a vehicle hit him. A man was arrested on suspicion of hit and run causing injury.

12:59 p.m. — A caller from a business in the 200 block of Broad Street reported a customer refusing to pay. The situation was mediated.

1:46 p.m. — A caller from the 400 block of Main Street reported the theft of a vehicle. It was located by the Citrus Heights Police Department.

11 p.m. — A caller from the post office reported a woman inside who said she had been assaulted. She was taken to the hospital.
